Annuale 2016 Overview

Annuale is a grassroots festival of contemporary visual art co-ordinated by Embassy and taking place in venues across Edinburgh and online. The festival runs from 17 June – 3 July with the Annuale closing party being held at the Mash House on 1 July.

Annuale submissions are by open call and Embassy provides a promotional platform for events that take place as part of Annuale. We also offer what help we can to make it possible for your project to take place, although we cannot provide financial support for projects. Past Annuale events have included exhibitions, one night events, screenings, workshops and trips out of the city. We welcome proposals from artists based out of town as well as local groups. Please note the deadline for submissions for Annuale 2016 has now passed.
