H-FRAME WORKSHOP
H-FRAME WORKSHOP
Naomi Garriock and Jake Watts
Basic Mountain
Sunday 19 June, 2-4pm
We constantly devise collective ways to generate, adapt and exchange new and existing forms of knowledge.
Often we manifest these actions as workshops or events, forms that require us to socially engage with one
another’s subjectivities.
But how can we distill and make meaningful the transformative potential of these collective experiences?
How can we communally examine and discuss the methods we create for collaborative and inclusive, social
activity?
We invite you to join us in discussing these issues through the structure of a H-Frame workshop. This
approach is designed to help participants access one another’s perspectives through alternative means,
concentrating and focusing our expressions in ways that attempt to redress the potential pitfalls of group
discussion.
